This page explains what Chey. Signature collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number and an optional second number, your wilaya, commune and address, the delivery company and whether you chose home or stop desk delivery, your Instagram account if you give it, an optional note, and the pieces, colours, sizes and quantities you chose. We use these only to call you, confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
- When you leave a note: the name and words you write. Notes are read by us before anything appears on the site.
- On your own device: your bag and your language choice are kept in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
- To protect the site: a short-lived, anonymised record of the network address used to send orders and notes, so we can limit spam. These records are deleted automatically within a day.
Who receives your details
To bring you your order we give your name, phone number and delivery address to the delivery company you chose. Nobody else receives them.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site.
- We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
- We do not take card payments on this website.
Instagram and messages
If you contact us on Instagram or another messaging service, those messages are handled by that service under its own privacy terms.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your network address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as needed to handle the order, returns and our accounting obligations, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your notes or order details sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send us a message on Instagram at @chey.signature and we will reply.
