Ordering

Placing an order on this website sends us a request and gives you an order number. It is not a final sale. We call you to confirm the size, colour, price, delivery and payment, and your order is confirmed only after that call.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DA). The delivery price for your wilaya, company and home or stop desk delivery is shown in your bag before you order, and confirmed with you by phone. Pieces are made in limited numbers; if a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.

Colours and photographs

We photograph our pieces as faithfully as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Some pieces are shown as drawings until a photograph is ready.

Exchanges and returns

Talk to us within a few days of receiving your order if something is not right. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and with their label. Pieces altered or made to your measurements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Using this site

Do not try to break, overload or gain access to parts of this site that are not meant for you. Notes you send must be your own words and must not be offensive; we may choose not to publish any note.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep the site correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Algerian law.

These terms are governed by the law of Algeria.
